Thrilled to introduce our newest ambassador

Rebuilding Futures Alliance was created by industry experts, the DWP, and a national network of award-winning grassroots organisations. Together, we provide businesses with a seamless pathway to employ talented individuals from marginalised groups.

As a not-for-profit, we remove the burden of expensive recruitment fees while offering up to 12 months of professional support for both employers and candidates. Our data-led framework helps businesses build resilient workforces while transforming lives.

That’s why influential Ministers, Celebrities and Businesses are working with the RFA, amplifying our mission and strengthening their brand.

This week we are delighted welcome Criminal Barrister and TV Personality, Robert Rinder.

Robert said: "We know the cycle of reoffending can be broken. There are countless examples that prove it. But too often, this work isn’t happening on a large enough scale leaving our criminal justice system under real strain. That’s why I strongly support the Rebuilding Futures Alliance. By working with people who have previous convictions, they not only help individuals build better lives but also reduce the number of future victims, ease pressure on our justice system, and strengthen communities. Their work shows that change benefits not just offenders, but victims and in the end, all of us."

So, if your business needs to super charge your ED&I and you have the capacity to welcome young Care Leavers and those with a low-level criminal past, please get in touch.
